Well, well, well it’s Grand Final time in the NRL world and if anyone had money on the Chooks and the Knights being there at the start of the season… I would have called you crazy!
Considering it’s last years wooden spooners, and a team that had 50+ points put on them earlier on in the piece… I must say it’s nice to have a change up! Although, of course I am mourning for my beloved Wahs who I was so sure would be lifting the trophy this year!!
Note from me: Due to the Wahs not making the GF, I will be throwing my full support behind the Knights and I think I can confidently say KP will be the starting full back for the Kiwis when they kick off for the WC shortly.

How to play the Rugby League GF Bingo Hunt
The premise of this bingo game is pretty simple, and it is played a little different from regular Bingo – more like a combination of Bingo and I Spy. Instead of using letters and numbers, these game cards are full of pictures and words about rugby league. From head coach sightings and cards to fireworks and face paint, the pictures and words are easy to recognise. That means kids of all ages can join in the fun!
Just download the cards by entering your email below and clicking the link, then print at home or at your local print shop.
Here’s how to play the game:
- Distribute a card to each child. We’ve made 4 versions so everyone has a different card. You don’t want everyone to BINGO all at once!
- Have the kids watch the game to “spy” words or pictures that they can mark off on their BINGO cards. For example, when they see a big hit put in on someone, they’d mark the “big hit” spot with a lolly, or a pencil mark, or a sticker etc.
- The first person to get 5 in a row horizontally, vertically or diagonally wins! If it’s an eventful first half, they may even get a second game in for the second half.
