There’s something about Yoto Cards that makes them such an easy gift for little ones. They’re screen-free, portable and give kids plenty to listen to independently — whether they’re into favourite stories, music, silly characters or learning something new. We LOVE our Yoto Mini Player and always add in one or two cards to our Santa Stockings, and in with birthday gifts too.
For Christmas 2026, we’ve been looking through the Yoto Card collection and picking out the ones that have caught our eye for our own wishlist. From stories we know our kids will listen to on repeat to new cards that would make lovely stocking fillers, these are the Yoto Cards we’d love to find under the Christmas tree this year.
Whether you’re shopping for a toddler, preschooler or big kid, we’ve picked out some of our favourite Yoto Cards that we’d happily add to the Christmas list. Hopefully this list gives you a few ideas for your own Christmas shopping — or a handy wishlist to send to the grandparents!
Yoto Cards We’d Love to Find Under the Christmas Tree
Blippi and Friends Yoto Card
Why it’s on our wishlist: We are a Blippi household! Our girls have a couple of favourite Blippi songs like The Excavator Song and The Dino Dance, plus we love that this card has another household fave of ours featured on it… The Wiggles!
About the card:
A Yoto version of Blippi as he sings his favourite songs with The Wiggles, Amanda Seyfried, Lenny Pearce and his best friend, Meekah.

Bluey: The Beach and Other Stories Yoto Card
Why it’s on our wishlist: It was so super exciting when we saw that Bluey was joining the Yoto fam for 2026! This has been on my wishlist since it was released but I have been holding on until Christmas 😂 This card has most of our fave Bluey episodes on it!
About the card:
A Yoto version of Bluey! Join her and the Heeler fam for a fun day at the beach and other adventures in this new audiobook collection!
Featuring music from Bluey, original SFX, and narration from Australian actress Miranda Tapsell, who voices Dougie’s Mum in the TV series.

5 Minute Girl Power Stories Yoto Card
Why it’s on our wishlist: I’ve leaned into Frozen, Elsa, Anna and the world of Arendelle for so long, I think it’s time to start branching out to other cool girl’s in the magical world of Disney.
About the card: Join Moana, Mulan and other fierce Disney heroines in four short stories celebrating courage, confidence and girl power.

5-Minute Construction Stories Yoto Card
Why it’s on our wishlist: My girls have a tradie for their father, so naturally they love excavators, bobcats, dump trucks and cranes! This will be a great add to our collection to balance out the princess energy.
About the card: Join the construction crew as your friends the bulldozers, diggers, cranes, and foremen tackle exciting new projects and learn to work together!
Good for: Preschoolers & Big Kids | Tradie Kids | Bedtime listening
Matilda Yoto Card
Why it’s on our wishlist: One of my absolute fave books (and movies!) growing up, so will be cool to add to our Yoto collection with my oldest almost at school!
About the card: A brilliant child with a magical mind, Matilda will show everyone just how extraordinary children can be!

And then, of course… the accessories!
So now that we’ve got our Yoto Card wishlist sorted, we couldn’t leave out a few of the accessories that make Yoto life even more fun (and, let’s be honest, a little easier for parents too!). From cute carry cases to headphones and handy bits for keeping all those cards organised, these are some of our favourite Yoto accessories and a few that are on our own wishlist too. I’ve rounded up my picks below in case you’re looking to add a little something extra alongside the cards this Christmas. 🎄
Buying Yoto Cards in New Zealand
If you’re in New Zealand and wondering where to actually buy Yoto Cards, it’s worth knowing that we shop through the Australian Yoto website. Yoto ships to New Zealand from Australia, and they have the biggest and latest range of cards and accessories.
You can also find a small selection of Yoto products at Kmart NZ, although the range is much more limited than what’s available through Yoto directly. At the time of writing, Kmart NZ has a selection of cards including Disney and The Very Hungry Caterpillar, as well as Yoto Players and Make Your Own cards.
Amazon is another option if you’re looking for a particular card or accessory, and it’s worth checking what’s available there before ordering.
Some NZ toy retailers also carry a small selection, so it’s worth checking locally if you’d prefer to shop within NZ.
So, if you’re a fellow NZ mum putting together a Yoto wishlist this Christmas, I’d start with the Australian Yoto site, then have a look at Kmart and Amazon for anything you might be able to grab locally or at a good price.
